groups

Groups create a comfortable and safe place for individuals with a shared concern to express their emotions. Groups can help individuals increase self-awareness, develop social skills, normalize feelings, and learn the skills they need to cope.

Do you sometimes feel like you are the only person going through your situation? Are you looking for a support network?
